Terms of Service
Effective date: October 7, 2026
1. Acceptance, eligibility, and accounts
These terms are an agreement between you and TwinAI Inc. ("GenBI", "we", "us") for your use of GenBI (https://genbi.co). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use GenBI for an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
- You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age in your country) and able to form a binding contract.
- You sign up with an email address and password, or with your Google account. Keep your account secure; you are responsible for activity under it.
- Give accurate information and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
2. The service and AI-generated output
GenBI lets you upload data, ask questions in plain English, and receive charts and insights generated with AI. We may change, add, or remove features over time.
AI output can be wrong. Results are generated by AI models and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading. You are responsible for checking important results before you rely on them. GenBI is not professional financial, legal, accounting, or medical advice, and you should not use it as the sole basis for decisions with significant consequences.
Similar questions may produce similar or identical outputs for different users.
3. Your data and content
You own your data. You keep all rights to the data you upload and the questions you submit ("Your Content"). You are responsible for having the right to upload it, including any required consents under privacy laws.
License to us. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and transmit Your Content, including by sending relevant parts to our AI model providers, only as needed to provide and secure the service and as described in our Privacy Policy.
Outputs. As between you and us, you may use the charts and insights generated from Your Content for your own purposes, subject to these terms.
Please do not upload sensitive data (such as government ID numbers, payment card numbers, or health records) unless we have agreed in writing that GenBI may process it.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Break the law or upload data you have no right to use.
- Attempt to access other users' data, or probe, disrupt, or bypass the security of the service.
- Scrape, reverse engineer, or resell the service, or use it to build a competing product.
- Send automated or excessive requests that degrade the service, including through any API or integration we offer, beyond any agreed limits.
- Use GenBI to generate content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringing, or to attempt to extract or manipulate the underlying AI models (for example through prompt injection).
- Share your account credentials with others.
5. Our intellectual property and feedback
GenBI, including its software, design, and branding, belongs to TwinAI Inc. and its licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service under these terms. We reserve all other rights.
If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without restriction or compensation to you.
6. Fees, termination, and suspension
Fees. GenBI offers a free plan and paid subscriptions. Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor, Stripe, and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. We will give notice before changing prices or introducing fees for features you already use.
Termination by you. You can stop using GenBI and delete your account at any time.
Termination by us. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, create risk or legal exposure for us or other users, or if we discontinue the service. Where reasonable, we will give notice first.
Sections that by their nature should continue (such as ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and governing law) survive termination.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
GenBI is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of AI output, and uninterrupted or error-free operation, to the extent permitted by law.
To the extent permitted by law, GenBI and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the fees you paid in the prior 12 months or US$100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
8. Governing law, changes, and contact
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Dover, Delaware, USA.
Changes. We may update these terms. We will post the new version with a new effective date and notify you of material changes. If you keep using GenBI after the change takes effect, you accept the updated terms.
