1. Introduction
This policy explains what personal data GenBI collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. GenBI (https://genbi.co) is an AI-powered business intelligence service operated by TwinAI Inc. ("GenBI", "we", "us"). You can upload data, ask questions in plain English, and receive charts and insights.
By using GenBI you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

- Sign in with Google. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture. We request only the basic
openid, email, andprofilescopes. We do not access your Gmail, Drive, Calendar, or other Google data. - Billing information. If you subscribe to a paid plan, payments are processed by Stripe. We receive your plan, billing status and payment history, but we do not see or store your full card number.
- Data you upload. Files and datasets you upload so GenBI can analyze them, including their column names, values, and metadata. Please do not upload data you are not allowed to share, or sensitive data such as government ID numbers or payment card numbers, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

- Communications. Messages you send us, such as support requests.
3. How we use information
We use your information only to run and improve GenBI:
- Authenticate you and manage your account and subscription.
- Analyze your uploaded data and generate answers, charts, and insights.
- Store and cache generated results so repeat questions are faster and cheaper to serve.
- Improve the quality of results, for example by reviewing ratings and feedback. We do not use your uploaded data to train AI models.
- Keep the service secure, prevent abuse, and fix bugs.
- Respond to support requests and send service notices, such as email verification and password reset messages.
- Meet legal obligations.
We do not use Google user data for advertising.
4. AI processing and third-party model providers
GenBI uses large language models (LLMs) to understand your questions and generate analysis. To do this, we send your questions, and the parts of your data needed to answer them (such as column names, sample rows, or query results), to a third-party AI model provider. Our current provider is Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service. We may change or add providers over time.
- We send only what is needed to produce the answer.
- Under Microsoft's terms for Azure OpenAI Service, your data is not used to train its models.
- AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete. Please verify important results before relying on them.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these cases:
- Service providers that help us run GenBI under confidentiality and data-protection terms: cloud hosting and database (Microsoft Azure), the AI model provider described above, payment processing (Stripe), sign-in (Google), and email delivery (Gmail and Azure Communication Services).
- Legal reasons, when required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or security of users, GenBI, or the public.
- Business transfers, such as a merger or acquisition, with notice to you where required.
- With your consent.
6. Retention and deletion
We keep your profile and login data for as long as your account is active, and up to one year following account closure or inactivity to protect against legal claims. We may keep limited records longer where the law requires, or to resolve disputes and enforce our terms.
You can delete your projects in the app at any time. To delete your account or other data, email info@twinai.net.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), encryption at rest, access controls, and secret management for credentials. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your personal data, we will notify you as required by law.
8. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live (for example the EU/UK under GDPR, or California under CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you and receive a copy.
- Correct inaccurate data.
- Delete your data.
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
